Vinegar Egg Wine (Cù dàn pútáojiǔ 醋蛋葡萄酒 )

vinegarIndication: chronic cough, asthma

120 cc of aged rice vinegar heated in medium flame until boil. Pour one egg white slowly into the hot vinegar. Add salt to taste. The portion can be divided into several serving per day. Best to eat for 3 to 7 days.
