Fruit Salad with Apricot (Shuǐguǒ shālā xìngzi 水果沙拉杏子 )

apricot salad1 cup chopped fresh apricots
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup sliced fresh kiwi fruit
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup sliced oranges
Chopped fresh mint
Combine all fruits in a large bowl. Sprinkle mint evenly over the fruit and mix well. .
